Each property represents a $5 million ground-up development, offering the opportunity to manage high-end residential builds from start to finish.Position OverviewAs the Residential Construction Superintendent, you will oversee all phases of construction for five state-of-the-art townhouses. You will play a pivotal role in managing the on-site activities, coordinating subcontractors, ensuring high-quality craftsmanship, and delivering projects within established timelines and budgets.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the construction of ground-up luxury residential townhouses, ensuring adherence to schedules, budgets, and design specifications.Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and project teams to ensure smooth project execution.Maintain strict compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and quality standards.Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, address issues, and ensure top-tier finishes.Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, providing updates on timelines and milestones.Manage procurement of materials and resources, ensuring timely delivery to avoid delays.Required Experience & Skills8+ years of experience in residential construction, with a focus on ground-up developmentsProven expertise in managing high-end, custom residential projects from start to completion.Strong leadership and organizational skills to oversee subcontractors and manage project schedules.Exceptional attention to detail to ensure quality finishes and adherence to architectural plans.Deep knowledge of building codes, construction safety protocols, and project management tools.What We OfferCompetitive Salary based on experience.Performance Bonuses for achieving project milestones.401(k) Plan with Matching Contributions??
