As we aim to engage 10,000 families by 2033, our next CEO will have overall responsibility for a $1 million organization with a hybrid team of 10. This role is pivotal in driving transformational change as we build on a strong foundation of success and financial stability, ensuring that more students and families thrive academically and socially.
