From shorts sets, pants sets, even to our fringe collection, our pieces offer the perfect mix of luxury and comfort.Role DescriptionThis is a contract hybrid role (based in the NW suburbs of Chicago) with a commision add-on, for a Wholesale Assistant. Your responsibilities will be to:Identify and approach new retailer accounts (brick & mortar plus online stores)Be informed & knowledgeable on our brand and products extensivelySet up multiple lead captures for wholesale accountsManage the Mailchimp wholesale newsletter promoting new arrivals & promotionsBe creative & have fun with graphics & branding!Follow up on leads via phone and emailSend out promotional catalogues via mailManage retailer relationships & customer service inquiriesReceive and relay feedback on products & orders from accountsTrack growth and analyze sales performanceAnalyze traffic of lead captureRecord & present key wholesale order & item metricsYou'll be meeting with the brand owners weekly/biweekly to go over your progress, your marketing performance, newsletter updates, new drops, relay any questions & feedback, and to bounce ideas off each other!QualificationsExperience in wholesale operations, inventory management, and customer service, and salesStrong organizational and communication skillsProficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and other relevant softwareAbility to work independently and remotelyAttention to detail and accuracy in order processingKnowledge of fashion industry trends and retail market dynamicsKnowledge of software like Mailchimp & Planoly are a bonusBachelor's degree in Business, Fashion Merchandising, or related field
