We are seeking a Junior IT Project Manager with a strong technical background to join a collaborative team in managing software development and delivery projects. This hybrid position requires working onsite twice a week, with Wednesdays designated as team day, and offers a competitive base salary of up to $105,000.Key Responsibilities· Oversee the delivery of software and product implementation projects, ensuring alignment with scope, timelines, and budgets.· Collaborate with clients and internal teams (engineers, QA, architects) to define project requirements and deliverables.· Coordinate project documentation, including requirements, specifications, and communication materials.· Manage schedules, meetings, agendas, and action items to maintain momentum across project phases.· Serve as a primary point of contact for client engagement, contributing to approximately 70% of client-facing interactions.· Facilitate Agile practices, including sprint planning and execution, using tools such as Jira or similar platforms.· Support resource allocation, vendor management, and client/vendor integration for seamless project execution.· Foster a culture of collaboration and proactive communication among teams.Qualifications· 3-5+ years of experience in software or hardware development projects, ideally in an Agile environment.· Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent work streams and coordinate across diverse teams.· Proficiency with project management software such as , MS Project, and Confluence.· Technical understanding of software engineering and systems integration; hands-on coding or QA experience is a plus.· Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills with an ability to translate business needs into actionable tasks.· Polished communication skills for engaging with stakeholders at all levels.· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management, MIS, or a related field; relevant certifications (PMP, Scrum Master) are preferred.Location and Travel· Local candidates only, as the role requires two in-office days per week.· Minimal travel, primarily within the U.S., up to 10-15%.This role offers an exciting opportunity for career growth within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
