Recruiting Psychiatrists - Loan Repayment AvailableNew York City Children's Center (NYCCC), an Office of Mental Health (OMH) Joint Commission accredited facility, is recruiting Board Certified or Board Eligible Children & Adolescent Psychiatrists for their inpatient units located in Bronx and Queens.Psychiatrists at NYCCC are part of a multi-disciplinary CAP department that provides comprehensive and individualized mental health treatment to children and young adults, ages 5-21.Conducting comprehensive psychiatric assessments.Collaborating with treatment team on diagnoses and treatment plans to ensure continuity of care.Providing medication management.Assessing new admissions and participating in discharge planning.Attending daily treatment meetings and serving on various committees and workgroups to review events, outstanding issues, and ideas to improve individual services and outcomes.Training and mentoring Children & Adolescent Fellows from several fellowship programs including Columbia University/New York Presbyterian, Montefiore/Albert Einstein, and SUNY Downstate Medical Center.About NYCCCNYCCC is a multi-faceted community-based psychiatric center providing behavioral health services to children and adolescents the greater New York City area.
