Role Overview:We're seeking an experienced Influencer Marketing Strategist to lead S'more's Influencer Marketing Program. This role will be responsible for building and executing influencer campaigns, from identifying and recruiting nano and micro-influencers to nurturing long-term relationships and sometimes working with macro-influencers when appropriate. You'll work cross-functionally with Operations, Marketing, and Product teams to drive brand awareness, increase user engagement, and create content that resonates with our target audience. This role is open to both full-time and contract applicants. Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute an influencer marketing strategy that aligns with S'more's brand and growth goals, focusing on nano and micro-influencers, and working with macro-influencers when appropriate for broader campaigns. Collaborate with Ops, Product, and Marketing teams to design and launch creative influencer-driven campaigns that increase brand awareness, engagement, and user acquisition. Build and nurture relationships with influencers, serving as their main point of contact, providing clear briefs, setting expectations, and offering feedback to ensure content is high-quality and on-brand. Oversee influencer content calendars, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring campaigns run smoothly and on schedule. Use data-driven insights to define KPIs, track campaign success, and optimize strategies to maximize ROI and campaign effectiveness. Monitor influencer performance, analyze results, and make actionable recommendations for improving future campaigns. Stay on top of emerging social media trends, platform changes, and cultural shifts to keep campaigns fresh and relevant. Amplify influencer-generated content across S'more's own channels to increase organic reach and drive user engagement. Leverage influencer relationships to support local and national community-building efforts, helping to grow S'more's presence in key markets. Provide regular performance reports and insights to internal teams, ensuring campaigns are aligned with brand objectives and continuously evolving. Qualifications:Proven experience (2+ years) leading and managing influencer marketing programs, particularly with nano and micro-influencers, and occasional work with macro-influencers. A deep passion for social media, content creation, and understanding cultural and digital trends. In-depth knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.) and how to optimize content for each. Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to negotiate and build lasting relationships with influencers. Experience using influencer marketing tools or analytics platforms to track and report on campaign performance. Data-driven, with the ability to interpret campaign results and make actionable recommendations for optimization. Creative and proactive mindset with a focus on innovation and fresh content ideas. Bonus: Experience in local or niche influencer marketing, or familiarity with community-building strategies.
