No Corp-to-Corp, No 3rd party firms Job Title: Power Platform Developer Location: 100% onsite in Irvine, CA (Candidates local to Southern CA will be considered) Employment Type: Direct-hire Compensation: $120,000 to 140,000 (based on experience)Partnered with a client who is a growing family-owned and one of the largest companies in the food-specific industry in the nation.Job Summary:Our client is looking for a talented Power Platform Developer to help elevate Dynamics 365 Business Central system. In this role, you'll design custom apps, automate workflows, and create insightful reports using Power AppsPower Automate, and Power BI. You'll also enhance existing Excel-based systems, driving efficiency and innovation across the organization.Key Responsibilities:Develop Custom AppsBuild and maintain custom Power Apps to extend Dynamics 365 functionality, improving workflows and user interfaces.Automate ProcessesUse Power Automate to streamline business operations and integrate systems.Data ReportingCreate interactive Power BI dashboards and reports to support decision-making.System IntegrationEnsure seamless data flow between Business Central and other business systems via API integrations.Excel OptimizationMaintain and enhance multi-user Excel spreadsheets for key business functions.CollaborationWork with business analysts, developers, and external consultants to turn business needs into technical solutions.Training & SupportTrain users and create documentation to ensure smooth adoption of Power Platform solutions.Continuous ImprovementStay ahead of the curve with the latest D365 and Power Platform features, bringing fresh ideas to enhance our systems.Qualifications:EducationBachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.ExperienceProven experience with Power Platform tools (Power AppsPower AutomatePower BIFamiliarity with Dynamics 365 Business Central (including integration and customization) and multi-user Excel systems.Experience in Python or R language.Bonus: Experience with D365 Customer EngagementAll qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, national origin, age, ancestry, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, marital status, disability, medical condition, genetic information, pregnancy, or military or veteran status.
