If you are a problem-solver with a passion for technology and a knack for working independently, we invite you to bring your expertise to our growing company.Key Responsibilities :Install, maintain, and troubleshoot equipment and systems in a field environment at various customer locationsEnsure proper operation of equipment by performing regular maintenance and repair activitiesRecord detailed reports of all maintenance activities and repairsGather and analyze data from environmental sensorsProvide support to customers, including coordination of arrival, communication of repair, and appropriate user/site trainingPerform quality assurance tests and inspectionsFollow safety procedures and regulationsPerform pre- and post-job inspections of equipmentMaintain accurate and up-to-date records of maintenance activitiesTroubleshoot and repair systems in accordance with manufacturer's service standardsDevelop and implement a customized preventative maintenance plan based on assessment of customer's site, volume, and needsRegular communication with administration and field service teamBring your competencies :High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or technical certification preferred.Proven experience as a field technician or similar role.Strong technical knowledge in relevant industry equipment and software.Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and (electrical and hydraulic) schematicsProficiency with diagnostic tools and equipment, including a multimeter (AC/DC voltage, amperage, ohms).Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Strong communication skills for interacting with clients and team members.Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.Willingness to travel frequently and work flexible hours.Physical ability to lift and carry heavy equipment.Familiarity with safety protocols and procedures.Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.Ability to maintain accurate records and documentation.Strong customer service orientation.Physical Requirements:Retail foodservice location that requires basic knowledge of the food and safety and food hygieneAbility to travel overnight and flexibility to travel to and from multiple locations (possible weekends)Repetitive lifting of up to 75 poundsOverview:Type of employment: Full time - Non-ExemptMust reside no more than 2 hours from the Charlotte, NC areaWorkplace type: On-site at customers' businesses / Travel / Opportunity to travel to different state on project basisWhy SEB Professional North America?Whether working in one of our offices, or flexing between the two, we offer a number of benefits and perks to support you and your family.
