Our client is looking for a Workday Financials Project Manager to join their team.This role will be hybrid in Dallas, TX.Responsibilities:Oversee the administration, maintenance, and optimization of business applicationsCoordinate with IT teams and vendors for prompt issue resolutionCollaborate with a diverse range of stakeholders, including subject matter experts and developers, to define and enhance technology solutions that propel our business forwardAnalyze business processes to identify improvements, gather stakeholder requirements, and translate insights into technical specifications for process innovationEnsure the accuracy, integrity, and security of data within business applicationsEnsure application compliance with regulations and internal policies, including HIPAA and PCIMaintain comprehensive documentation for application configurations, processes, and proceduresPrerequisites for success:High School diploma requiredEight (8) years of experience in IT requiredFour (4) years of experience managing enterprise applications requiredTwo (2) years of leadership experience in a multi-unit environment requiredStrong technical knowledge of enterprise applications, databases, and integration technologiesExperience with ERP systemsStrong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to use data and metrics to back up assumptions and opinionsStrong proficiency in SQL
