LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a temporary Legal Assistant in San Francisco, CA!Responsibilities:Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to attorneys, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.Drafting and Proofreading: Draft and proofread legal correspondence, pleadings, and other legal documents with high accuracy and attention to detail.Calendaring: Manage the attorneys calendar, scheduling appointments, court dates, and meetings efficiently.Filing: Execute filing procedures, ensuring compliance with legal protocols and deadlines.Qualifications:Minimum 3 years of experience in litigation and insurance coverage.Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.Excellent organizational skills and exceptional proofreading skills and a meticulous eye for detail.Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Thorough working knowledge of and experience working and filing within the Federal and California court systems.Reliable with a strong work ethic and professional demeanor.Salary: $30-35 an hour
