Responsibilities:Onboarding new startersManaging incidents and requests through the service management toolProvide support for a wide range and constantly evolving applications, software & hardwareMaintaining governance standards across all IT service management processesNetwork and firewall configurationLiaise with management to communicate and understand issues and be able to effectively coordinate how to resolve an issueIdentify repeat issues or service risksManage scheduled tasks for customersTake ownership of faults in a logical manner and throughout their entire lifecycleLog incidents and faults, categorizing themQualifications:Bachelor's degree on computer sciences or engineering, or an associated degree is preferredExperience working in a similar role as either IT support or on a service desk/help desk is valuedStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsStrong customer service skillsPrevious hands-on experienceAbility to troubleshoot user level related network issuesGood management skillsIs a good communicator and team playerFlexible and adaptableDetailed knowledge of MAC and Windows operating systemExperience with Windows 10, Office, printersBasic knowledge of IT securityExperience with VPN supportExperience building laptops manually
