Industrial Construction Superintendent

We are seeking an experienced Superintendent to lead and oversee on-site construction activities, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. This role requires strong leadership and communication skills to manage crews, subcontractors, and on-site operations effectively.Key Responsibilities:Manage day-to-day on-site construction activities and ensure work is completed to safety, quality, and timeline standards.Supervise and coordinate subcontractors, laborers, and other site personnel.Monitor and enforce safety protocols, conducting regular safety meetings and inspections.Review project plans and specifications to ensure compliance and address any issues proactively.Maintain project schedules, tracking progress and adjusting timelines as necessary to meet deadlines.Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to resolve on-site challenges and ensure smooth project execution.Oversee material deliveries, equipment usage, and resource allocation to optimize efficiency.Maintain detailed daily logs of on-site activities and report progress to management.Qualifications:Minimum of 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent or in a similar on-site leadership role.Proven track record of managing large-scale construction projects.Strong understanding of construction safety standards, processes, and regulations.Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.Ability to read and interpret construction plans, blueprints, and specifications.Strong communication skills to collaborate with teams, clients, and stakeholders.If you are a dedicated construction professional with hands-on experience managing job sites, ensuring quality work, and fostering safe and efficient environments, we'd love to hear from you!
