As a certified and licensed Community Property Manager (CAM) in the State of Florida, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the living experience for our residents and fostering a thriving community environment.ResponsibilitiesLeadership & Management: Guide and motivate on-site teams to align with property and company goals.Client & Resident Relations: Act as the main contact for residents and the Board, ensuring excellent communication and service.Financial Oversight: Manage budgets, analyze financials, and oversee cash management.Operational Excellence: Ensure property maintenance meets safety and regulatory standards.Community Engagement: Organize resident orientations and events; maintain effective communication.Performance & Development: Set high performance standards and provide training opportunities for your onsite team.Qualifications1 year plus in the Property Manager role and 3 plus years in Property ManagementFlorida CAM license and valid FL Driver's license required.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications.Strong knowledge of customer service principles and practices.Ability to interpret complex documents and regulations.Flexibility to work extended hours, including nights and weekends, as needed.Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.Join Our Team:If you are a results-oriented leader with a passion for luxury condo property management, we invite you to apply and become a part of our dedicated team.
