You will be responsible for supporting the coordination of schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to grow their career in the mechanical contracting industry.Key Responsibilities:Assist in planning, organizing, and managing all phases of mechanical construction projects.Collaborate with the Project Manager to prepare project budgets, schedules, and work plans.Monitor project progress, ensuring compliance with quality standards and safety regulations.Communicate with clients, subcontractors, and vendors to facilitate project success.Review and process submittals, RFIs, and change orders.Support the procurement of materials and equipment as per project requirements.Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and resolve on-site issues.Prepare regular project status reports for internal and external stakeholders.Ensure adherence to company policies, safety guidelines, and industry regulations.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field preferred.2+ years of experience in the mechanical contracting or construction industry.Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and piping systems is a plus.Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project) and MS Office Suite.
