Position: Customer Service Representative IILocation: Hybrid in Menands, NY. On-site 4x a month Estimated Duration: The client approximates that this project may last up to 3 months. However, there is no guarantee of employment for any length of time. This is a contract-to-hire positionPay Rate Range: $18/hr. (paid weekly)Project Description: As a Customer Service Specialist II you will help ensure today is safe and tomorrow is smarter. Our work depends on Customer Service Specialist II joining our team to provide support via the telephone and/or Internet to resolve routine issues and respond to customer inquiries. You will be answering inbound phone calls from Medicaid Providers for billing or enrollment. These calls are not scripted; there is knowledge to be learned to understand and help the providers with their Medicaid claims.Day to Day Responsibilities/typical day look like: Takes and processes transactions by telephone, internet, and correspondence from customers and representativesEnters and maintains database records of customer profiles and prepares and maintains status reportsActs as liaison for customersMaintains knowledge of company products and customer service processesSelling Points for Candidates: Opportunity for career growth and development.
