Our manufacturing, eCommerce startup client is seeking a Senior Graphic Designer to elevate the brand's storytelling and visual identity. This role is crucial for developing compelling content that resonates with target audiences and helps take their brand recognition to the next level. The Senior Graphic Designer will be a creative leader, collaborating closely with various teams toensure all their marketing efforts are visually stunning and on brand. This is a full-time role that will drive the creative process and innovation within the organization. RESPONSIBILITIES: Collaborate with the creative team in developing and executing innovative marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.Oversee the creation and optimization of Meta and Google Ads, email / sms campaigns and other promotional pieces to ensure alignment with overall marketing strategies.Designing and optimization of the Amazon brand page to enhance visibility and sales.Collaborate with the eCommerce team to design and enhance the Shopify storefront, ensuring a seamless user experience.Strategize and design packaging designs that reflect the brand and resonate with customers.Create 3D render files using Blender or similar software.Collaborate with the leadership team to create strategies for product launches, seasonal campaigns, and brand storytelling.Foster a culture of creativity and collaboration within the team, encouraging new ideas and experimentation.Stay current with industry trends and competitor analysis to keep creative output ahead of the curve.Manage the creative workflow, setting deadlines and ensuring timely delivery of projects.REQUIREMENTS:Minimum 5 years of experience in a creative role, preferably within eCommerce / retail or relevant industries. Proven experience designing ad, email and web content / creative.Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field.Strong portfolio showcasing innovative campaigns and creative work.Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) and familiarity with web design principles.Excellent understanding of branding, visual storytelling, and digital marketing concepts.Ability to develop and execute creative strategies that align with business objectives.Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present ideas effectively.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
