OVERVIEWOur client, a US Fortune 1,000 company and a major process services provider to Government Health and Human services agencies in the US, seeks an accomplished "Customer Service Analyst"Position: Customer Service AnalystLocation: Manhattan, NYDuration: 6 months+ Contract with high possibility of extension Pay Rate: $26/hrNote:Hybrid role [3 days onsite | 2 days remote per weekDays of the week: Monday & Tuesday (REMOTE) | W-F in officeWorking Hours: 7:00am-3:30pmJOB DESCRIPTION:Responsible for conducting data and information research, performing ad-hoc tasks, and utilizing computer skills to support various projects. This role requires a keen eye for detail and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.Qualifications: Associates Degree and/or relatedProficiency in using computer applications such as Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.Excellent research and analytical skills.Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Good communication skills, both written and verbal.Key Responsibilities:Conduct thorough data and information research to support project needs.Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the team lead or manager.Utilize computer applications and software to analyze and interpret data.Maintain accurate and organized records of research findings and project progress.Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of tasks.Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documentation as required.Always ensure data integrity and confidentiality.
