We are seeking a polished, professional, and highly resourceful Personal Assistant for a 3 to 6-month contract. The ideal candidate will be fully bilingual in French and English and possess exceptional organizational, critical thinking, and communication skills. This role will be based primarily between Miami, Florida, and Strasbourg, France.Key Details:Primary Location: Either Miami, Florida or Strasbourg, FranceTravel Requirements: Travel between Strasbourg, France and Miami, throughout the contractDuration: 3-6 monthsCompensation: Competitive hourly rates, plus all travel and living expenses covered during travel periodsResponsibilities:Home Office Management:Organize and maintain home office systems, files, and supplies.Set up and optimize processes to ensure smooth operations.Appointment Booking & Coordination:Schedule and manage personal and professional appointments.Coordinate meetings, reservations, and follow-ups as needed.Administrative Support:Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls professionally.Assist with documentation, records, and reporting tasks.Assist with Education Applications & schedulingScheduling & Calendar Management:Maintain and update daily, weekly, and monthly schedules for head of household and KidsEnsure timely reminders for all commitments and deadlines.Home Rental Assistance:Assist in sourcing and securing a new home or condo for the family in France.Manage property-related logistics, including appointments with agents and documentation.Travel Assistance:Provide on-site support during travel to Strasbourg and other locations as required.Handle logistics, including itinerary management and accommodations.Qualifications:Bilingual Proficiency: Fluency in both French and English (spoken and written) is mandatoryProfessionalism: Must be highly polished, professional, and discreet.Experience: Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative role.Skills:Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).Flexibility: Availability for intermittent travel and adaptability to changing priorities.Discretion: Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.Perks:All travel and living expenses are fully covered during travel periods.Opportunity to work in a dynamic, international environment.
