All products are sustainably-built, free from harmful chemicals, and designed to last 10 years or more.Objective/PurposeWe are currently looking for an Operations Specialist who will be responsible for managing our outbound order flow while ensuring inventory integrity issues are raised quickly to management. The ability to utilize quickly changing systems and processes will be a key long term success factor for this position.Roles & ResponsibilitiesEnsure all outbound FedEx orders are shipped on a timely basis. No late orders where inventory is fully allocated.Daily review of inventory availability and ensuring orders are allocated.Monitor inventory levels to ensure adequate stock is maintained.Coordinate Returns and Cancellations, once approved by manager, to ensure system alignment and customer satisfaction.Complete order requests and modifications from all parts of the company (Sales/Marketing/Concierge).Communicate with a sense of urgency to our warehouse and management team.Assist in updating appropriate operational SOPs.Meet our Inbox 0 KPI where we respond to all inquiries by the end of the day.Maintain accurate records and databases related to operations.Ensure the timely completion of tasks and projects.Weekly and Monthly reporting of KPIs and tracking statistics.High level of order auditing to ensure goals and objectives are met.Continuous improvement recognition of current processes to ensure constant efficiencies are being brought to the position.Qualifications5+ years of experience in an operational role.Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal - with an extra emphasis on spelling and grammar are of the utmost importance.Bachelor's degree in business, operations management, or a related field (preferred).Proven experience in operations coordination or a similar role.Strong organizational and time management skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Proficiency in MS Office Suite and other relevant software.Ability to analyze data and generate reports.Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.Problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Knowledge of logistics and supply chain management is a plus.Technically Proficient/Experience with google's suite of tools, NetSuite, Notion, Slack, Gorgias, Aircall, DispatchTrack or similar tools.Team player with a strong positive attitude.Be a creative problem solver that is the internal champion for our customers.Job Type: Full-timePay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per yearBenefits:Dental insuranceHealth insurancePaid time offVision insuranceSchedule:8 hour shiftMonday to FridayAbility to commute/relocate:Inglewood, CA 90302: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)Experience:Sales Operations: 5 years (Required)Work Location: Hybrid remote in Inglewood, CA 90302
