They are known for their high retention rate and have a fantastic reputation for developing their staff with dedicated training programs for new starters and continued skill development.Once fully trained you will primarily be traveling throughout the US, but also covering customer plants in Mexico and Costa Rica. All expenses are paid, including travel time, which means plenty of overtime opportunities to increase your earnings.This role will suit someone from a mechanical or electrical background, looking to development your skills within a stable and growing business that offers fantastic long term progression opportunities.The Role:Full training at their facility in Charlotte, NCTroubleshooting, maintenance, installation and testing of their equipmentWorking on electrical and mechanical systemsTraveling to customer sites throughout North AmericaPlenty of overtime opportunitiesMonday to Friday, 40hrs per week guaranteed (plus overtime on top)The Person:Mechanical / electrical backgroundLooking for lots of training and technical developmentAny previous experience within a field or service based role would be advantageousMust be able to speak and communicate well in both English and Spanish
