Hounen Solar America is looking for an HR Manager who enjoys driving engagement and building organizational scalability to develop and implement the necessary policies and practices during a period of rapid growth. The ideal candidate thrives in a dynamic organization where anything is possible and much is still being built, brings order from chaos, and lays the groundwork for employee engagement, organizational stability, and employee growth/retention. We are starting from the ground up, and implementing scalable HR procedures is critical to the growth of the factory.Essential Duties/Responsibilities:RecruitingOversee the recruiting process, including recruiting, interviewing, hiring and onboarding.Reasonably allocate the right function to the most qualified candidate.Monitor enrolled employees' working statusImplement HR procedures, policies, and best practices to manage a hypergrowth organization in a factory setting.Six Functional AreasResponsible for the regular six main functions of human resources modeling and upgrading (Human resources strategic planning, recruiting, hiring, and onboarding, training and development, compensation management, performance management, employee engagement)Create a compensation strategy for all employees based on market research and pay surveys, 401k, dental insurance, vision insurance, HSA, FSA,paid Basic Life, AD&D, short-term and long-term disability insurance...etcConduct performance appraisal, design and implement employee retention strategies that ensure employee happiness, career growth, and retention.Provide thought leadership and training in areas such as complaint/escalation handling, conflict resolution, etc.Business CollaborationUnderstand our business and how what you do helps it accelerate at rocket speedDetecting problems and resolving problems related to department needs, recruitment, training, performance appraisal, salaries, HR relations in timely mannerFocus on the training, development, and promotion of talented individuals in order to assist business departments in constructing talent echelons and fostering the growth of companies and persons.CommunicationTake the initiative to interact with executive department and staff, communicate effectively in various forms, ensure the effective transmission of internal information, and gradually establish a benign internal communication mechanism for the companyServe as an advisor and confidante to business leaders, helping them navigate the complexity of building, retaining and growing their teams.Labor Code and Risk ControlDevelop training materials and performance management programs to help ensure employees understand their job responsibilities and strictly implement the Labor Code and control the labor riskProblem SolvingIdentifying and resolving the root cause of human resources-related problems.QualificationsEducation: Bachelor Degree or aboveLanguage: Fluent in English, Bilingual Mandarin is preferredWorking Experiences in industry: More than 8 years experience in Human Resources is required, experience in manufacturing industry is preferredJob Experiences: Good Communication skillsSkills: Microsoft 365 Skills, ADP System
