Title: Director Data Analytics Salary: $180,000-210,000 Location: NYC - Hybrid in officeIndustry: Consumer GoodsEligibility: This is an FTE position that is not eligible for sponsorship, candidates need to be on Green Card or US CitizenHere is an exciting opportunity to join a mid-sized consumer goods business within their growing Data Analytics function, where you would be an integral part of them leveraging more advanced analytics, data science, and AI capabilities. The ideal candidate is someone who comes from a Retail or CPG background, has managed smaller teams while remaining hands on, and has been at the heart of developing analytic solutions for use cases across Supply Chain, Marketing, Finance and more. Key Requirements:10+ years of professional experience in Analytics, BI, or Data Science roles 4+ years in leadership position with direct reports Master's Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Business Analytics, or relevant highly preferredHandson experience across Python, SQL, and Data Visualization tools (Power Bi, Tableau, etc)Experience with ERP Financial Systems such as TableauExperience working in a corporate retail or CPG business within past 5 years of careerKey Responsibilities: Foster a high performing culture within the growing Data Analytics & Data Science departmentEstablish key business relationships across departments to act as a shared resource to the larger organizationLead Data Quality and Governance to ensure accurate and consumable data across platformsDevelop data products, predictive analytics capabilities, and modeling to measure ROI on various initiatives
