As a leader in the coffee industry in Italy, we pride ourselves on our commitment to quality, innovation, and sustainability.We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to join our team and drive our growth in the market.Position Summary:We are looking for a seasoned Sales Manager with a minimum of 5 years of experience in managing independent distributors, Nielsen perimeter banners, and brokers.The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving sales growth (a strong background in the coffee category a plus).This hybrid position offers the flexibility of remote work combined with on-site responsibilities, and includes comprehensive benefits such as medical coverage, a 401(k) plan, and a car allowance.Key Responsibilities:Distributors' Management:Develop and maintain strong relationships with independent distributors.Implement sales strategies to maximize distributor performance.Monitor distributor activities to ensure compliance with company policies and objectives.Nielsen Perimeter Banners' Management:Manage sales activities within Nielsen perimeter banners (key retail accounts tracked by Nielsen).Analyze Nielsen data to identify sales trends and opportunities.Collaborate with retail partners to optimize product placement and promotions.Brokers' Management:Oversee and coordinate with brokers to expand market reach.Set performance metrics and conduct regular evaluations.Provide training and support to brokers to enhance sales effectiveness.Coffee Category Expertise (a plus):Utilize in-depth knowledge of the coffee industry to inform sales strategies.Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences.Work closely with the marketing team to develop category-specific promotions.Strategic Planning and Execution:Develop and execute comprehensive sales plans to achieve company objectives.Identify new business opportunities and market segments for growth.Prepare and present sales forecasts and reports to senior management.Team Leadership:Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve high performance.Foster a collaborative and results-driven team culture.Conduct regular team meetings and training sessions.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (a plus).Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management, specifically with independent distributors, Nielsen perimeter banners, and brokers.Experience in the coffee category is preferred but not mandatory.Strong analytical skills with proficiency in interpreting Nielsen data.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Proven ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.Ability to travel as required.Valid driver's license.Benefits:Hybrid Work Environment: Flexibility to work remotely and on-site as needed.Medical Benefits: Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance plans.Retirement Plan: 401(k) plan with company match.Car Allowance: Monthly allowance to cover transportation expenses.Professional Development: Opportunities for ongoing training and career advancement.Paid Time Off: PTO policy including vacation, sick days, personal days and holidays.How to Apply:Interested candidates are encouraged to submit their resume and a cover letter detailing their relevant experience to davide.vidoz@Please include "Sales Manager Application - [Your Name]" in the subject line.Join us and contribute to our mission of delivering the finest coffee experiences to customers around the world!
