General Liability Attorney

We are working with a prominent regional law firm who are seeking a dedicated defense litigation attorney with at least 1 year of litigation experience to join their dynamic team in the NYC area.This is a full-time position based in their New York City office, providing an excellent opportunity to work on challenging and rewarding cases.About the Firm:The firm is known for its extensive legal expertise and commitment to excellence.With a robust presence across key cities, they offer a comprehensive platform for delivering high-quality legal services.The team of dedicated Attorneys collaborates across various offices to provide clients with innovative and effective legal solutions.Key Responsibilities:Represent clients in a variety of insurance defense and general liability cases.Manage and execute litigation strategies in New York State and federal courts.Handle products liability defense, insurance defense, personal injury, and professional malpractice actions.Work directly with clients to understand their needs and develop tailored legal solutions.Draft and review legal documents, including motions, pleadings, and briefs.Conduct legal research and provide comprehensive legal analysis.Qualifications:At least one year of litigation experience, preferably in insurance defense, personal injury, and professional malpractice.Must be licensed to practice law in New York State. Licensure in New Jersey is preferred but not required.Superior verbal, writing, and interpersonal skills.
