Our client is a leading provider of consumer, business-to-business, and industrial digital imaging solutions to the United States, Latin America, and the Caribbean markets. They are seeking a US-based Sales Director who will be responsible for driving and developing their business in the US, Canada, LATAM, and South America. This position offers a hybrid work schedule, requiring 3 days in the office / 2 days out. Based on business needs, office attendance may be affected and requirements may change.ResponsibilitiesDrive and develop business performance across multiple geographical regions, assuring performance is in line with strategic planning via all sales channelsManage and run the product group's U.S. sales organization while developing additional businessManage product's partner and customer base while concurrently expandingExpand current relationships by onboarding new value-added resellers, business process outsources, and service centersDevelop long-term plans and execution for success across all sales channelsMeasure success and achievements through KPIsRun campaigns in collaboration with the brand's partners and establish development plans accordinglyProficient across all B2B channels to hit established goalsBe a change agent, identifying and driving changes and bringing them to fruitionWork collaboratively across internal business units across Europe and the U.S.Be a voice and active participant within the Executive Management TeamQualificationsBS Degree in either Engineering, Business, or Computer Science, OR commercial training with relevant professional experience in account management.Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience selling software solutions at the executive level, several of which are at the management levelProven leadership track record, working successfully within management circles, employees, and teamsSuccessful track record in business planning, development, and risk managementTechnically proficient in SAP, and Microsoft 365 Dynamics, in addition to other ERP products; knowledge of CRM and parallel applicationsAbility to motivate team and colleagues while remaining agileExperience negotiating contracts, specifically within the AmericasTravel as requiredSalary: $150,000-$175,000 plus $50K additional/potential compensation + amazing benefits
