Key responsibilities include:Leadership: Directing and mentoring a team of service professionals, including training, coaching, and conducting performance evaluations to maintain high standards of performance and morale.Operations: Supervising the setup, service, and breakdown of the restaurant. Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and alcohol awareness regulations.Guest Satisfaction: Interacting with guests, resolving concerns, and ensuring service excellence. Proactively seeking guest feedback to drive continuous improvement.Financial Accountability: Managing labor, inventory, and operational costs. Supporting budgeting, forecasting, and payroll processing.Collaboration: Coordinating with kitchen, beverage, and engineering teams to maintain seamless service.Recruitment and Retention: Playing a key role in hiring, training, and retaining top-tier talent to sustain an exceptional team.What Are We Looking For?The ideal candidate will demonstrate Hilton's core values: Hospitality, Integrity, Leadership, Teamwork, Ownership, and Now.
