We are seeking an experienced SAP Requisitioner within our Project Resource and Outage Support (PROS) Group supporting Turnarounds & Projects execution for North America. The preferred candidate will be located onsite in Gonzalez, LAAllentown, PA, Pasadena, TX, Long Beach, CA, Edmonton, AB, or Remote Residence Based. This role takes direction from the TAR TRACK and Requisition Team Lead. Roles and Responsibilities:Key responsibilities in the areas of SAP Requisitioner for Materials & Services, Vendor & Stakeholder follow-ups for resolution on any invoicing issuesServe as single point of contact between Turnarounds & Projects Team and Procurement to ensure all Service and Material Requisitioning requests are processedCollaboratively coach and train Requisition Requestors for driving quality inputsCreate high-quality & timely Requisitions in SAP while following best practicesValidate invoices for accuracy as part of payment processInterface with internal stakeholders on seeking required clarification for Vendor invoice approvalsCollaborate with Requisition Requestors, Procurement, Accounts Payable, Vendors for resolving invoice issues as well as goods receiving in SAPLead initiatives to facilitate/resolve escalated problemsDiligently work daily to meet established KPIs for requisition creation, invoice approvalsTake self-initiatives in follow-ups, driving results - with minimal supervisionRequired Skills / Abilities:SAP Services & Materials Requisitioning experience (Minimum 5 years), Turnarounds experience preferredSAP Invoice Review & Approvals utilizing VIM Analytics (Minimum 5 years)Strong leadership, multi-tasking abilitiesStrong written & oral communication, organizational, and planning skillsSelf-motivated and willingness to learn and improveHigh ethical standardsWillingness to use and learn current and future systems/applicationsWilling to work a wide variety of scheduled days and hoursWorks professionally and harmoniously with employees, peers, management, support personnel, program participants and business area personsUtilizes positive and constructive attitude toward resolution of problems and conflictsAccepts direction, constructive feedback, and supervisionEducation and Licensing Requirements:SAP training with Requisitioning and Invoice processing is a mustMinimum high school diplomaProficient in the use of computers and business software, including Microsoft (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook), OneNote, SharePoint.Work Hours Requirements:Typical work week is 40 hours. Longer hours are required during Turnaround execution which may also require working weekends. Travel may be required in U.S. and Canada, primarily California, U.S. Gulf Coast, Edmonton, Ontario, and U.S. Northeast. The work environment is diverse from an office/home setting to onsite at Air Products operating field facilities.
