Understand and follow all procedures (lockout / tag out, hot work, confined space, etc.) in addition to all other corporate and site-specific safety initiatives.Be proactive in the area of safety, including anticipating unsafe behaviors, conditions and unusual circumstances.Make program modifications in PLC's logic and servo controller logic to improve equipment performance.Maintains automated equipment.Ensures that automated machinery operates safely, dependably, and with precision; identifies and implements modifications to improve safety or performance.Provides technical support and troubleshooting services for all controls systems.Recommends, develops, and implements enhancements and improvements to increase production volume or precision in high-throughput operations.Maintains documentation of development process, modifications, maintenance requirements, and other data.Maintains knowledge of existing and developing technology and trends in controls.Support cross-functional teams to achieve overall company metrics.
