We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager with a proven track record in leading construction projects, specifically in the commercial sector. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of project leadership experience and possess a strong ability to manage multiple aspects of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.Key Responsibilities:Project Planning and Coordination:Develop comprehensive project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to define project scope and objectives.Ensure compliance with all local building codes, safety regulations, and contractual requirements.Team Leadership and Management:Lead and manage project teams, including subcontractors and site personnel.Foster a collaborative and productive work environment, ensuring clear communication and alignment across all parties.Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members.Budget and Financial Oversight:Prepare and manage project budgets, including monitoring costs and mitigating risks.Approve invoices, purchase orders, and other financial documents related to the project.Conduct regular financial reviews to ensure projects remain within budget.Quality and Safety Assurance:Oversee quality control processes to ensure adherence to specifications and standards.Enforce safety protocols and promote a culture of safety on job sites.Reporting and Documentation:Maintain accurate project documentation, including progress reports, schedules, and change orders.Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project milestones, risks, and performance metrics.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field (preferred).Minimum of 5 years of project leadership experience in the construction industry, with a focus on commercial projectsProven ability to manage projects from conception to completion, with a strong track record of delivering on time and within budget.Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., Procore, Primavera, or similar).Comprehensive knowledge of construction processes, materials, and best practices.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Preferred Skills and Certifications:Professional certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or CCM (Certified Construction Manager) are highly desirable.Familiarity with sustainable construction practices and LEED certifications is a plus.
