Documentation in test reportsTest and validate performance of released fasteners used in the new applicationsModify tooling for validation of possible engineering changeProvide Interface between other departments related to manufacturing/quality issuesDevelop solutions for manufacturing / quality issues together with the engineersDemonstrate the installation and testing capabilities to visiting customersMaintain shop equipment.WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:Associate degree or bachelor's Degree in technical field, Engineering or equivalentAbility to operate and maintain mechanical and hydraulic presses.Proficient with machine tools such as mill, surface grinder and lathe.PC/Microsoft Office skillsDrawing reading skillsBasic CAD knowledge (NX, CREO)Problem solving skillsDetail oriented and excellent organizational skillsStrong verbal and written communication skillsADDITIONAL SKILLS THAT WILL HELP YOU BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE:Follow all safety requirements to avoid injury to self and fellow employees.Create and maintain a safe work environment; repair and/or report non-conformances to company safety policies and guidelinesUnairconditioned manufacturing facility and air-conditioned office Able to sit or stand for 8 -10 hours a dayAbility to lift up to 40 lbs.Our commitment to Diversity, Equity and Belonging (DEB) endeavors to create a safe space for all employees and customers, regardless of age, race, sex, gender identity, national origin, or religion.
