Directly responsible for sales and profit performance by brand.Propose and implement short range goals - seasonal plans as well as up to 3 year growth plans and strategiesDirect and coordinate sales team to effectively execute sales plan by account to meet or exceed the revenue goals of the organization.Responsible to achieve sales and margin goals through analyzation of business daily, weekly, monthly and seasonally.Develop account specific product initiatives to drive profitable sales.Partner with VP of Sales and retail planning to develop sales budgets by account.Manage annual marketing spend against budget.Train, develop, manage and mentor sales team.Build and manage annual promotional calendar in coordination with Sales and Planning teams.Manage shippable budget seasonally to mitigate excess inventory risk.Manage quarterly and seasonal markdown budgetCollaborate and partner to build strong relationships with senior management at key accounts to grow the businessDevelop new product ideas/ concepts to fill white space within the department store channelStay abreast of emerging trends/ monitor changing landscape at retail and propose new strategies accordinglyDevelop and present strategies to grow businessInitiate new business developmentsTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
