Founded in 2004, we have over 200 employees today with operations in the US, Singapore and China (are seeking a motivated Supply Chain Manager / Senior Manager located in Hayward, CA, and offer exciting career growth and professional development opportunities working with a highly supportive, skilled, and motivated team, with the vision to develop next-generation therapeutics that benefit patients globally in the areas of immune oncology.Key Responsibilities:Daily Supply ManagementCommunicate and coordinate with cross functional teams from overseas and China (including technology, quality, regulatory affairs, business development, and marketing) to ensure smooth flow of global commercial sales related information and stable drug supply.Establish and organize an internal Sales Operations Plan (SOP) discussion meeting to communicate the latest plans and progress of the supply and demand parties.Through effective communication with sales partners, determine effective CMO production and inventory management plans based on their short-term and long-term demand forecasts.Based on the CMO production plan, complete the slot booking, production tracking, exception handling, and payment settlement of CMO production orders to ensure timely and high-quality production and release of products.Based on purchase orders from sales partners, deliver the required products on schedule, coordinate with finance to complete invoicing, reconciliation, and collection, and handle after-sales complaints.Continuously optimizing the supply cycle, closely tracking the progress of product release through rational arrangement of CMO's production plan, efficient transportation of samples and finished products, and import and export declaration, in order to minimize the supply cycle of commercial products.Daily response and communication with clinical teams and CRO needs, supporting and meeting global clinical drug supply demands.Process ManagementEstablish international logistics related data, including logistics routes, production delivery times, and other information.Organize CMO and CRO related information for overseas commercial production cooperation, digitize relevant agreements, contracts, etc. for easy query and management.Organize the main terms of the supply agreement with overseas sales partners, including but not limited to demand forecasting cycle, minimum order quantity, supply cycle, order price, payment method, delivery method, etc., for easy query and management.Establish and manage daily sales processes to meet customer requirements for import and export documents and documentation related to product transportation.Cost ManagementManage the expenditure budget and invoice payment/budget execution of cooperating suppliers such as CMO, CRO, 3PL, etc., reasonably control expense expenditures, and strive for more favorable settlement prices.Expenditure and balance management of the daily operating budget of the department.Project ManagementPromote international packaging projects.Support product pipeline development projects.Support overseas clinical research and development projects.Goal ManagementCoordinate with the Supply Chain Head to set challenging long-term and annual goals, and strive to achieve them.Key Stakeholders:Internal: Technology (CMC & MST), Quality Assurance (QA & QC), Regulatory Affairs, Business Development, Clinical Operations, Pharmacovigilance.External: 3PL, CMO, CRO, Labs, Customs, Quarantine Inspection, Sales Partners.Education, Experience and Skill Qualifications:At least a bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or relevant discipline with five (5) years' experience.Good written and spoken Mandarin to liaise with peers and stakeholders in China.Versed in strategic planning and execution.Strong project management and risk management skills.Good global logistics expertise.Ability to analyze and solve problems.Good interpersonal skills and the ability to establish, develop, and motivate cross functional teams.Familiar with and proficient in commonly used office operating systems and software.Strong global perspective, clear thinking, and agile thinking.Benefits:Competitive compensation package including base salary, annual bonus potential and 401k.Competitive benefit package in healthcare, life insurance, and paid time-off.This is a full-time position in Hayward, CA.Open to remote work for incumbent based outside of CA.Evive Biotech is an Equal Opportunity Employer and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any kind.
