Our client, a quickly growing advertising agency based in South Florida, is seeking a Project Manager to join their growing team. The Project Manager will be responsible for managing projects, timelines, resources, campaigns, and deliverables to ensure they are completed on time and within budget while collaborating with team members in order to achieve advertising and marketing objectives. This is a full time, hybrid position, in the Fort Lauderdale area. Client is seeking candidates within the South Florida market. Responsibilities:Manage day-to-day requests, creative briefs, resource planning and project planning for all campaigns and digital and print projects.Develop schedules and timelines, prioritization and tracking.Track creative team progress, identify risks / impediments and develop mitigation plans.Manage approval workflow and project schedules.Manage core project roadmap and timeline for the creative studio alongside other project managers.Facilitate and run daily stand up meetings with creative team.Coordinate with internal creative and marketing resources and stakeholders to execute on short and long term projects.Communicate team progress, risks / issues, and other key updates to internal management teams and stakeholders on a regular basis.Generate presentation summaries of key deliverables to be shared with cross function teams as necessary.Work alongside other project managers, producers, and studio managers.Qualifications:4+ years of professional project management experience managing integrated campaigns, creative and marketing projects. Experienced managing internal resources, vendors, campaigns, digital products, creative production in a client or agency environment.A background managing the delivery of content and creative projects for marketing and business workstreams.Experienced managing a range of verticals including web, mobile, email, social media, sales, CRM, creative and e-commerce initiatives.Knowledge of Project Management software and Smartsheet's, or equivalent is a must.Google Suite & MS Office experience is a must.Agile Project Management is a plus.Ability to work a hybrid schedule, onsite 3 days a week.
