Compass Healthcare Consulting & Placement is conducting a search for an experienced Data Analyst in Financial Analytics for a management organization that specializes in managing healthcare assisted-living facilities through innovative management and data-driven decision making. Qualified candidates will have a proven track record of leveraging advanced analytics to drive financial performance, strategic decision-making, and operational efficiency. This role involves designing predictive models, leading financial analysis initiatives, and providing strategic insights that enhance organizational performance and growth.Key Responsibilities:Forecasting Performance Metrics:Gather and analyze historical data from previous months and years to forecast future performance.Develop predictive models to estimate occupancy rates, revenue projections, and other key performance indicators for upcoming months and years.Cost of Acquisition Analysis:Calculate the cost of acquisition per resident by analyzing expenses versus reimbursements.Provide insights into the financial impact of marketing and outreach activities aimed at resident acquisition.Expense Efficiency Analysis:Analyze operational data to identify areas where expenses can be reduced without compromising service quality.Detect anomalies in spending patterns and propose actionable solutions to address them.Reporting and Visualization:Create comprehensive reports and dashboards to present findings and recommendations to management.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement data-driven strategies.Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in data analysis and assisted-living management.Suggest and implement process improvements based on analytical findings.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related field.Proven experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in the healthcare or assisted-living sector.Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau, or similar).Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex data in an understandable format.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.Benefits:Competitive salary and benefits package.Opportunities for professional development and growth.A supportive and inclusive work environment.The chance to make a meaningful impact in the lives of the residents.Excellent Compensation & Benefits Package!Qualified Candidates Please Apply Now for Immediate Consideration!
