The Digital Marketing Manager will focus on Google Ads and should have comfort in analytics, e-commerce, SEM, UI/UX, and general advertising. You are not afraid to get your hands dirty and bring a "whatever it takes" attitude to work. Your main responsibility will be ownership of digital advertising with specific expertise in Google Ads.Responsibilities•You will own Google AdsoManage multimillion dollar Google budgetoManage 100 ad groupsoDeep understanding of metrics including Cost per Lead, Target CPA, ROAS •Comfort with other Digital efforts including Meta, Bing, X, etc.•Comfort with social, organic, and CRM•Comfort with Google Tag Manager•Establish clear marketing objectives and measure ROI of ongoing marketing initiatives.•Track, measure and constantly optimize marketing programs for growth.•You will adjust Google Ads as necessary including new ads, ad copy, account structure, etc.•Take Google data and combine it with internal data to provide clear view of entire picture•Provide weekly dashboarding of advertising spendsQualifications•Ability to clearly communicate•Exceptional organization and attention to detail•MS Office•Proven track recordEducation:• BS minimumExperience:• Minimum of 3-5 years' experience
