Our client, a contemporary wholesale showroom, is seeking an Invoicing Assistant to process their invoices in Apparel Magic. You will not be considered if you have not previously worked in Apparel Magic. Responsibilities: Process invoices using Apparel Magic software.Review all invoices for completeness.Obtain approvals as needed.Work with vendors to confirm contracts per billing request.Maintain documents, receipts, and requests.Collaborate the with the accounting team on a daily basis.Flag any discrepancies to accounting team.Qualifications:Must be skilled with processing invoices using Apparel Magic.
