Our client is searching for an experienced talent acquisition professional to join their team.Must have at least 6 years of experience in investment banking, private equity or consulting from a bulge bracket, premier PE or blue-chip consulting firm.Company OverviewBusiness advisory, interim management, and investment banking firm focused on the middle marketProvides transactional, operational, financial, and strategic expertise by leveraging top-tier industry experienceKey ResponsibilitiesPartner with hiring managers to source and secure top talent across levelsDrive efficient Talent Acquisition (TA) processes to improve key recruitment metricsDevelop and implement effective sourcing strategiesCommunicate the company's value proposition and role-specific advantagesDeliver an excellent candidate and stakeholder experienceManage external agencies and reduce overall recruiting costsLead strategic recruiting initiatives and eventsMaintain talent dashboards, reports, and recruitment SOPsResearch and implement new TA technologiesProvide data-driven insights and flag risks/opportunitiesLead process improvements and change management initiativesEnhance employer branding and manage referral programsCoach junior TA team members and lead internal TA trainingRequirementsBachelor's degree from a top-tier programLocated in or willing to relocate to New York; in-office presence 4 days/week6+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in investment banking or private equityExpertise in candidate sourcing, selection, and behavioural interviewsExperience in employer branding, diversity recruitment, and change managementFamiliarity with Lever (preferred)Strong communication skills, both written and verbalProficiency in Microsoft OfficeExceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage high-pressure deadlinesCollaborative, entrepreneurial, and responsive mindset
