Role and ResponsibilitiesAct as the internal account coordinator for assigned and new incoming accounts.Grow new accounts and opportunities coming through marketing and sales channels.Consultative selling and customer service skills.Provide quotes and follow up, order entry into the order fulfillment system to initiate the sales/ distribution process.Continually provide feedback on sales opportunities to Management and Territory Managers.Ensure delivery of customer orders on a timely basis, and with the highest possible level of quality and service.Coordinate with appropriate departments in the resolution of customer complaints regarding damaged or incorrect material, or delivery problems.Provide customers with a personalized level of customer service that reinforces the importance of customer satisfaction.Continually learning I.T.S. products to better serve customers.Awareness of competitor strategies and pricing.Listening to customer needs.Exhibit effective communication skills, drive, and self-motivation.Have a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office products.Be prepared for team meetings.Develop long-term, sustainable relationships with customers.Be proactive by cross selling and parallel selling.Represent Industrial Tube & Steel Corporation with integrity, professionalism, and honesty.Strong typing skills and computer knowledgeDeals well with fast paced and high energy environments.Excels in time management skills.Maintains composure and remains positive when busy.
