This role is an exciting opportunity for an experienced leader passionate about storytelling, innovation, and team empowerment.Key Responsibilities: Studio Leadership & Operations:Oversee studio workflows, resource management, and best practices while fostering a collaborative, high-performing environment.Production Management:Manage end-to-end production, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with client expectations. Handle budgets, schedules, and cross-functional coordination.Post-Production Oversight:Ensure excellence in post-production, staying ahead of new technologies and tools. Review and approve deliverables for quality and consistency.Client & Stakeholder Collaboration:Serve as the lead production contact in key client discussions and stakeholder updates, maintaining trust and clear communication.Team Development:Hire, mentor and grow a team of producers and editors while providing feedback, fostering a positive culture, and encouraging professional development.Qualifications:• 15+ years of experience in production and post-production, in an agency or client-driven environment.• Strong expertise in production workflows, post-production tools and project management.• Proven leadership in managing diverse creative teams and large-scale projects.• Excellent communication skills with experience handling high-level client interactions.• Knowledge of union/non-union environments and production compliance is a plus.
