Sr. Project Manager - CAD

As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of a project, from initiation to closure. You will formulate project plans, manage clients and stakeholders, control project cost and time constraints, and ultimately deliver the project on time, within budget, and to the quality specified.This highly strategic role requires a strong understanding and skill set in several areas and the ability to create and manage comprehensive project documentation. Your duties include, but aren't limited to: Creating Statements of Qualification (SOQ), working closely with CAD to ensure accurate mapping, and managing land surveying as needed.A major responsibility of the senior project manager is managing change orders, scope adjustments, and revised orders to keep the project on track and within its budget.Demonstrate experience with project management tools, a thorough understanding of CAD, and exceptional leadership skills. A background in Land Surveying and/or formal training in a related field is a plus such as Civil Engineering, Oil and Gas or similar industries. Manage resources, schedules, financials, and adhere to project management standards as changes to original scope are made. Preparedness to resolve any project-related issues and making sure that all project goals, objectives, and quality standards are met within the set timeline and budget is crucial.Qualifications:10 + Years of Project Management Experience in the Land Surveying and Mapping FieldCapable and able to work in an office in Fort Worth, TX The ability to and prior experience with the following:Setup and follow procedures Communicate with AR and leadership for maintaining accurate project records within PSA system Assist in project staff resource allocations The ability to build out project budgeting & proposalsFrequent auditing of projects for accuracy across project details, contact details, phases, assigned teams, budgets, and deadlines Coordinate with Systems Administrator for project take-off, close-out and billing notifications Attend periodic PSA training Assist with building effective teams
