Litigation Paralegal

The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting attorneys in all stages of litigation matters. Experience in construction claims and defects, real estate and business litigation is preferred. The candidate with 3-5+ years of experience should feel comfortable conducting legal research & writing, drafting pleadings & handling discovery matters with clients/counsel, participating in site inspections and communications with clients, doing data/discovery entry, scheduling, maintaining case files, and completing other ad-hoc requests, as needed. ResponsibilitiesAssist Lawyers with Case ManagementPrepare, organize and electronically file pleadingsClient CommunicationsCoordinate and schedule calendarsDiscovery in complex construction claim and defect and real estate mattersQualificationsExperienced and a Team Player preferred3-5+ years' as Litigation Legal Assistant or Paralegal
