Covering residential, commercial, institutional, public building and infrastructure projects throughout New York City and the metropolitan area.They are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Mid-Level Estimator with direct experience working on NYCHA (New York City Housing Authority) projects. This role requires expertise in cost estimation, bid preparation, and scope analysis for large-scale residential and public housing projects.The requirements of the role are:3-5 years of experience in construction estimating, with at least 2 years focused on NYCHA projects.Strong understanding of NYCHA bidding procedures and compliance requirements.Proficiency in estimating software.Excellent analytical and communication skills.About Highline:Global recruiters specializing in architecture & construction in London, Paris, and New York.
