CSI Companies is looking for a Tier II Help Desk Specialist to work with the top Sports Retailer companies in the nation! Overview:Seeking a skilled and dedicated Tier II Help Desk Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing advanced technical support to our clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through your expert knowledge and outstanding customer service skills.Key Responsibilities:Provide advanced troubleshooting and problem resolution for Windows and Mac environments.Efficiently handle, categorize, and prioritize incoming support tickets using Atlassian and ServiceNow ticketing systems.Deliver exceptional customer service, maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor in all interactions.Collaborate with other IT team members to resolve complex issues and contribute to continuous service improvement.Document resolutions and maintain detailed records of user requests and actions taken.Stay current with system information, changes, and updates relevant to our user community.Requirements:Proven experience as a Tier II Help Desk Specialist or similar role.Strong knowledge and experience in troubleshooting Windows and Mac operating systems.Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.Experience working with Atlassian and ServiceNow ticketing systems.Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Additional Details:This role is 100% onsite in Sunnyvale, TXShift: Monday through Friday 9am - 6pmContract to Permanent Hire
