Your passion for retail and ability to connect with customers will help create memorable shopping experiences. You will be responsible for guiding customers through their purchasing decisions, ensuring they find the perfect piece that meets their needs and desires.ResponsibilitiesDevelop authentic relationships with customers by assessing their needs, making personalized product recommendations, and creating a memorable experience to grow our customer base.Cultivate an in-depth knowledge of products and provide product knowledge, features, and benefits to all customers when presenting merchandiseConnect with existing and potential customers and maintain customer information utilizing company-supported technologyInspect and clean customers' jewelry and consult on repairs for jewelry.Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.Understand and utilize policies and procedures to be proficient in handling customer transactions and solving customer service issues appropriately.Perform store set up and closing operations, including opening and closing office area and moving jewelry to and from store safe and display areas.Perform basic store maintenance, merchandising, and other required activities to keep store clean, safe and inviting.RequirementsGreat listening skills, customer service experience, consistently meeting or exceeding sales goals, selling to customer needs, strong interpersonal skills, high energy level, a sense of urgency, dependability, basic retail skills, and excellent verbal communication skills are all required.Retail jewelry or luxury brand consultative sales experience is preferredProven track record of exceeding sales targets and building strong customer relationshipsJob Type: Full-timePay: $28.00 - $30.00 per hour
