Make a difference as we provide Best-In-Class customer service by being empowered to do what's best for our customers each and every day, so they can provide services to tens of thousands of clients a year.What You Will Be Doing: (responsibilities)Gather customer information, access and fulfill customer needs, educate the customer where applicable, and document interactions in our systemsMonitor and handle a wide variety of incoming phone and e-mail requests from customersEvaluate and identify opportunities to drive process improvements that positively impact the customer experienceProvide technical support for accessing online registrations and online programsTake payment information and other pertinent information such as addresses and phone numbersAssist customers in making purchasing decisionsCollaborate with other departments by working on projects outside of the customer service areaWork during your scheduled Mon-Fri hours and the occasional overtime as needed (currently hiring for 6:30am-3pm CST shift)Responsible for other duties as assignedWhat You Bring to the Team: (skills and requirements)Associate degree and/or equivalent work experience in customer service/support1+ years of experience in a customer service or help desk capacity strongly preferredA passion for excellence with respect to treating and caring for customersAbility to communicate clearly and professionally, both written and verbalCapacity to research and resolve complex customer issues and are comfortable making decisions independentlyPossess a strong work ethic and team player mentalityMust type a minimum of 35 WPMPossess the skill and ability to quickly pick up new technologies and softwareHas the ability to handle a variety of customer dispositionsYou're flexible with change and comfortable working in the greyComputer proficiency in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Outlook, and Adobe ReaderHigh-speed internet required if working remoteWhat Would Thrill Us:Experience working with multiple computer systemsKnowledge of various webinar delivery platforms, i.e., ZoomInvolvement and success in a fast-paced, quickly changing environmentKnowledge of technical support issues related to internet connectivity and PC troubleshooting experiencePrior leadership and/or training rolesWhat We DoAt PESI, we reach millions of professionals daily, offering them advanced training so that they can help others to achieve hope and healing.
