The ideal candidate will provide top-level assistance for high level executives. They should be well-organized and be comfortable scheduling meetings and responding to emails on the executive's behalf. Lastly, this individual should be able to draft documents and help the executive with any necessary meeting preparations.Key Responsibilities:Administrative Support: Assist with daily office operations, including answering phones, responding to emails, and greeting visitors.Calendar ManagementOrganizing and prioritizing the calendar, including meetings, appointments, and deadlines.Interview/Hiring Coordination: coordinating calendars with the interviewing team and HR.Onboarding SupportAssisting with the onboarding process for new team members and executives.Meeting Preparation: Assist in preparing materials for meetings, including agendas, reports, and presentations.Expense Reports:filling out expense reports and attaching receipts.Supplies Management: Monitor and maintain office supplies, placing orders as needed to ensure the office is well-stocked. (when needed for onsite meetings).Research: Conduct basic research and gather information to support team projects and initiatives.General Office Duties: Perform other administrative tasks as assigned, contributing to a positive and productive office environment.Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework is a plus.Previous administrative experience is preferred but not required.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.A positive attitude and willingness to learn.Benefits:Competitive salaryHealth, dental, and vision insurancePaid time off and holidaysOpportunities for professional development and growth
