This is a General Manager role for a ultra-high net worth exclusive Condo building in Bal Harbour, FL.They are looking for someone with Condo experience, dealing with the same type of clients. There are 100+ units, consisting of many high-profile residents. The GM has about 40 employees under them.Location:Bal Harbour, FLSalary:$150k - $175k base (negotiable) (waiting on benefits package)Position:General ManagerJOB OVERVIEW:Responsible for the management of the condo operations with a focus, customer service, and profitability. Directs, implements, and maintains a hands-on service and management philosophy which serves as a guide to all team members. Assists owners by providing customer service excellence, resolving problems/issues, employee engagement and planning for sustainable growth.Directly oversees the departments for all amenities like Spa, Front Office, Guest Relations, Housekeeping, Valet Parking, Pool & Beach Operation, Condominium Management Relations, Security and Facilities Management/Engineering. Works closely with VP of HR, VP of Sales & Marketing and CFO to ensure support teams respond to all needs and all financial objectives are met. Inspects and evaluates the work and performance of all guest and resident interfacing areas ensuring that all procedures are performed to the hotel's standards. Performs the daily responsibilities to ensure optimum service to residents.REPORTS TO: Executive BoardWORK ENVIRONMENT: Entire propertyQUALIFICATIONSBachelor's degree in management or equivalent.Minimum 5 Years' Experience in Luxury condo management.Familiarity with yield management and cost controls.Input and access information in the property management system/computers/point of sales system.Ability to:Understand guest's service needs.Maintain confidentiality of resident information and pertinent resident data.Ascertain departmental training needs and provide such training.Direct performance of staff and follow up with corrections when needed.Develop operational plans and implement them.Develop departmental budgets.Desirable:Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management preferred, or general business degree and relevant experience.High-end luxury condo property management / general management and dealing with a condo Board.
