Job Title: Multi-Media Training DesignerLocation: Lincolnshire, ILIndustry: Training and DevelopmentPay: $70000 - $80000 About Our Client:Addison Group is hiring on behalf of our client, a Manufacturer who is seeking a skilled Training Instructional Designer to create and implement dynamic e-learning content and training systems to support technical staff development.Job Description:The Training Instructional Designer will create, design, video, edit and use all equipment to develop content and technical videos. This role ensures training video materials are engaging, accessible, and aligned with organizational objectives while supporting training initiatives and managing related systems.Key Responsibilities:Develop and deliver engaging e-learning courses, programs, and presentations to support training goals.Manage the Learning Management System (LMS), including uploading, organizing, and maintaining training content.Collaborate with leadership to support training programs and department initiatives.Research and analyze training content needs, creating materials tailored to organizational goals.Coordinate product launches and update training content to reflect current needs.Maintain process documentation and streamline workflows for training activities.Partner with external vendors and internal teams to develop multimedia content, including videos and photography.Oversee and maintain training equipment, such as cameras, microphones, and smart boards.Create newsletters, bulletins, and other publications to distribute training updates.Stay current with training trends and recommend tools or methods to enhance programs.Support the implementation of new software or upgrades for training systems.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree3-5 years of experience in training design, preferably in a technical environment.Expertise with tools like Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere Pro, and Articulate StorylineProficiency in photography and videography, including lighting and composition techniques.Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.Familiarity with technical equipment or processes, such as engines or diagnostic tools, is a plus.Additional Details:This position is ideal for a detail-oriented individual with a knack for creating impactful training content.
