This role is an excellent opportunity for an individual looking to establish their career in the real estate sector at a growth-oriented company. You'll focus on our U.S. single-family rental business, contributing to investment and portfolio management, strategic acquisitions, and corporate growth initiatives. The firm offers comprehensive mentorship and training to help you thrive.Engage in financial modeling, conduct in-depth research and perform analysis to drive our corporate growth, acquisition and asset/portfolio management efforts.Craft and deliver both internal and external presentations to align and build consensus among key stakeholders.Track market and economic trends, providing insights to inform investment strategies and decisions.Screen, underwrite, and execute acquisitions of strategic portfolio and build-to-rent communities.Collaborate with institutional partners, conduct thorough due diligence, address investor queries and maintain strong relationships with partners.Participate in strategic corporate expansion and portfolio growth initiatives.Assist in investment level management of the firm's single-family rental portfolio, prepare and review detailed reporting packages, ask critical questions, and develop investment materials / recommendations.Work with various departments to foster strong relationships and contribute to growth initiatives.Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to a highly dynamic environment.Analytical Mindset: Proven ability to conduct detailed and accurate analysis, with the confidence to ask probing questions and challenge the status quo.Team Player: Collaborative, with a positive attitude towards teamwork and problem-solving.Self-Motivated: Adaptable, with a "can-do" attitude and ability to multitask.Effective Communicator: Strong written and oral communication skills, maintaining professionalism in high stakes situations.Problem Solver: Excellent problem-solving abilities, open to creative and unconventional thinking.Financial Acumen: Basic understanding of financial modeling, finance and accounting concepts.Technical Proficiency: Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.Resilient: Capable of excelling in a fast-paced work environment and making decisive choices.Curious Learner: Willing to learn and explore beyond traditional boundaries.Minimum RequirementsBachelor's degree from a top university (preferably in business, economics, or related field) with exemplary academic performance.6-8 years of relevant work or internship experience, including investment banking, consulting, corporate finance or real estate investments / asset management.CompensationThis position offers a competitive base salary (listed) along with a significant year-end discretionary target bonus
