Amplified Marketing is a boutique, award winning experiential agency that builds brand experiences through lifestyle, entertainment, fashion, beauty, sports and hospitality programs. We are currently seeking a Director, Client Services to join the growing team.The role is an integral part of the Amplified team and its clients and works to bring a fresh and innovative perspective to our client roster. He / she / they will support the Client Services division and must have strong project management, interpersonal, and organizational skills, as well as agency experience with partnership and experiential know-how. The role will work cross functionally across 2 - 3 clients at Amplified, including our alcohol beverage and lifestyle clients.Responsibilities:Lead the day-to-day relationships with clients including client experience throughout the project (start to finish) Lead cross functional workstream amongst Client Services, Experiential and Creative divisions at agency Lead agency representation on status meetings, project briefs, and integrated agency team meetingsLead the development of each client's partnership strategy (ie event / festival sponsorship, lifestyle collaborations, etc.); including partnership qualification, contracting and fulfillment Supervise project documentation including weekly status reports, agenda development, client presentations and recaps Supervise the fulfillment of partnerships (ie marketing collateral inclusion, client activation onsite, ticketing needs, etc.)Supervise the coordination and enforcement of internal and external deadlines and deliverablesSupport Experiential division onsite or in the field during program implementation and / or event activation, serving as a liaison for onsite clients, as well as client hospitality Support the ideation and conceptualization of the experiential build and consumer journey alongside the Experiential and Creative divisions Qualifications: Bachelor's degree required, plus a minimum of 8 years in experiential marketing and partnerships, or other relevant agency experience Ability to work on multiple clients simultaneouslyIs a proactive, thoughtful and strategic planner and thinkerFamiliarity and passion for luxury CPG brands in the alcohol, fashion, and beauty industries Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skillsSelf-starter, proactive, able to work well alone and with a teamSkilled in the use of SharePoint, PowerPoint, MS Word and Excel Up to 15% travel required, subject to change based off of events calendar Compensation package includes competitive base, annual bonus eligibility, healthcare contribution and cell phone stipend. Exact compensation may vary based on skills and experience with a base salary range of $100,000 - $120,000 / year.
